I am 19, and currently traveling around South America with my close friend from home. I love surfing, skateboarding, and being outdoors. Music is another one of my passions; I play the mandolin, ukelele, and a little guitar. In September I will begin college education at Pizter College, in Clairemont, California.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I am taveling around South America until mid June. Although my friend and I have a tarp that we use for camping, we like to meet new people, and get a better sense of the places we visit by getting to know people who live there.

Interests

I love playing and listening to music. I surf, skateboard, and practiced many team sports in high school. I love traveling, and being outside, as well as drawing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of my favorite music genres include: hip hop, rock, reggae, folk, jazz, and indie. Some of my favorite books are Huck Finn (Mark Twain), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (Ken Kesey), and the Eragon series (Christopher Paolini). Some of my favorite movies are Pineapple Express, Safety Not Guarenteed, and Pulp Fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done was a three month outdoor leadership course in southern Chile.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The best thing that I have to share with hosts is new music, whether it is on the internet, or music that I can play on the Ukulele that my friend and I bought in Puerto Madryn, Argentina.
