Hello! I've started a round-the-world journey in May of 2019 - as I make my way through Europe and beyond, I would really enjoy meeting people and taking part in adventures of all sorts along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to meet people from around the world and not only be able to share my own culture with others, but to learn from those in which I'll be staying. I thoroughly enjoy cooking with and for other people, and love simple things such as experiencing great food, nature, music, and adventures with even better company.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all things music that are indie, rock, metal, folk, and beyond. Some of my favorite bands/artists include: Muse, Silversun Pickups, Supertramp, Radiohead, Mo Lowda and The Humble, and many many more. I'm not a huge reader, but I do love finding a book that takes me away - I'm currently reading A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara, and one of my favorite all-time books is Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, and abseiled down a portion of it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share knowledge around the English language and any American topics (there's plenty to discuss!), and anything I can share in terms of cooking, baking, dogs, etc - things that I am very familiar with at home in the States.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good company, positivity, and a helping hand if in need (cleaning, running errands, whatever you may need help with - I love to have a purpose).
