ABOUT ME

Im a humanist, but also have a twisted sense of humor balanced with a dash of sarcasm... though most people get my humor. I am a doctor... my goal is to leave humanity a little better than when I found it. The key to life... well hell i dont know what the key is, but I know that a big part of it is balance. Simple.

I wish I could make these other parts my entire life! I was a rock climbing instructor in college. I used to sail everyday after work when I lived in seattle... when I lived in new york I slept under a trelace with crawling plants in my apartment and actually got a bamboo forest to grow indoors in the sunnier roomâ

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was surfing and a whale breached right next to me! Incredible!
I was playing frisbee in Africa and a hippo chased my friend and I- I think we were lucky to get away.
I once accidentally taught a yoga class...

TIP for toilet paper: pull out the center tube, pull the TP up from the middle, and keep the TP in a ziplock sealable bag- it will last much longer and you wont need to take it out of the bag to use it- you can just pull from the center like a "handy wipe."
