ABOUT ME

I love chocolate chip cookies...and my motorcycle. Does that even go in this section??? I don't care, really. Born and rasied a country boy in Indiana, I have done a lot of traveling to get past the boredom of my hometown. That is probably why I joined the Army. Everywhere I go, I meet wonderful people, and now I want to be that wonderful person others meet in their leisure travels.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is full of obstacles, choices, and pitfalls. It is how you carry yourself in those difficult times, and what you do for others, that make you the person you are. Take nothing for granted, and take everything as it comes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My boss at work has hosted a few people, and he has been telling me about this site for quite some time, so I decided to go ahead and join. I envy people who have the time to travel the world on the kindness of others, so the least I can do is open my door to them and listen to their stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a couple from Europe in October, and they were pretty much the coolest people ever.
A group of three from Athens came down for a couple of days. They were a great group of people that I would love to see again in the future.

I am usually up for anything that sounds fun, and if it is something that another individual wants to do, I am happy to help in any way I can. My main interests are my motorcycle, most sports, lounging around with people that matter, and enjoying whatever time I have doing whatever it is that I am doing at that time.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Something amazing I have seen...the sinkhole in Guatemala was awesome. Maybe even better was the entire city of London or Seoul. So much history there.
