音乐、电影和书籍

1) Music - The one I start spontaneously dancing to - anytime and anywhere.
2) Movies - I'm instinctively drawn to psychological dramas with lots of passion in them. I've been falling for the classic stories of powerful figures, such as Don Corleone.
3) Books - I don't read books. But that's ok because books don't read me neither ;)

1) Living in a Meditation Centre for 5 years and volunteering there in a front-line managerial role.
2) Becoming so connected to my mobility practice, dance, flexibility, strength, combat and meditation training that I became a teacher of it :')

1) We can discus Positive Psychology, Quantum Physics, or do some Creative Arts together. Or meditate :)

6) You can learn Meditation practice or Buddhist Philosophy from me.
7) I can make you a Personal Training programme according to your unique health and fitness needs.
8) What music do you like? Do you like house music? Need someone to get the party started? No problem ;)
9) I can share the best English tea and shortbread with you, show you my growth mindset and emotional diversity, and give you my active listening and radical honesty.
10) I was once told that cook even better than I look! So if you are up for some properly improvised homemade meal, I can do some improv cooking / innovative baking for us.
