"Hundred years ago we didn't meet each other
Hundred years later, will we meet again?
The life is all bout real and unreal we never know
So should we give best for each other once we meet!"
This means in English "our encounters with someone who has only once , so we should cherish the chance we meet with our sincerity to never regret later"
I think in English it means You only live once, respect all memories and friends you meet, make it best by your self.
By Japanese, if you can understand, they have "一期一会" (Ichigo ichie) is the same meaning.

So, all I want to say is, YOLO, dear! ^_^
