About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Earn a living by helping others

ABOUT ME

I work for the Human Rights NGO that focuses on the protection of civil liberties and fundamental rights. I think one of my biggest advantage that unfortunately from time to time seems to be my biggest disadvantage is being spontaneous. I’m always up to try something new and looking for an exciting adventure to start but as I learned during my trips it may sometimes bring some serious problems and even ruin it. I love to travel and to meet as many interesting people as it’s possible. I guess the best way to really get to know the place you’re visiting is from the local's point of view.

PHILOSOPHY

There are almost no problems that can't be solved.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live with my boyfriend and we have a free room in our house that is occupied only by our rabbit (that is very friendly) so you are welcome to visit us. Although Łódź is not a very touristic place I know the city well enough to show you the best parts of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 4 weeks travelling in the U.S. where thanks to couchsurfing I met some amazing people. I think they were the reason why I enjoyed it so much!

Interests

While fulfilling my previous dream and studying Spanish in Mexico I got interested in the topic of indigenous languages of the Americas and the situation of indigenous societies in Mexico. I’m also interested in the translation of children's literature and some specific challenges that translators face while working with this kind of literature.
