ABOUT ME

Hanna:
I'm quite a cheerful girl, who always tries to see things in a positive way. I'm an outgoing person. I love listening to music, watching movies, reading books and travelling. I'm a happy vegeterian who loves to knit and practice yoga.

Łukasz:
If you're ok I'm ok :)
I'm responsible for my actions, I like to do things on my own and I ask for help only when it is really necessary.
When everything is ok I'm cheerful and full of energy.
I'm a dreamer, but not the irresponsible kind ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Hanna:
to find something good in every day, every thing, and every people.

Łukasz:
I hate the pursuit of money almost everyone is participating in.
But to be more optimistic - the world is full of great individuals who make living more enjoyable :)
I like the words spoken by Bilbo Baggins in "The Lord of the Rings" books: "I wasn't living my life, I was surviving it". That's how I often feel, but when I travel or succeed in some area of filmmaking I'm definately living my life :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We were surfing few times on our abroad trips :) and also host some people :) it's always very interesting experience to know new people from different countries :)

I hope it will help me to meet people from all over the world :) Also I want to help people in travelling :)

My friend had some nice experiences and now I'm trying to connect to this community.

Hanna:
I like European movies, especially Scandinavian films. My favourites: Bin Jip (Kim Ki-duk), The Million Dollar Hotel (Wim Wenders), Dancer in the Dark (Lars von Trier) etc.
I like different kinds of music, for example: Sigur Rós, Cocorosie, Björk, Massive Attack, Radiohead, Fisz, Frank Turner, Pearl Jam, DUB FX, Lamb. I like reggae, dub, rock and electronic music too. http://www.last.fm/user/mumum
I read Polish writers' books usually. Edward Stachura is my favourtie writer.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

Hanna:
it's difficult to choose. But I think waking up on top of the Suru mountain in Fagarse Mountains, Romania, was quite amazing. It was a really sunny morning with a cloudless sky. And there was a shepherd with a lot of sheep and a few shepherd dogs. There was a sound of bleating and ringing in the air :)

Łukasz:
I've driven a car from New York City to Niagara Falls and then to Key West. Then I got back. I was the only driver and I covered 6588 km in about 10 days, that included sightseeing. At that time it was a dream come true.
