About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wondered what I was searching for, until I realised I wasn’t searching at all, I was exploring. I like to explore people: how they live, how they’re happy, what they see. Some people explore forests, history, the sky. That is also me. The world is full of intricacies, individuals, similarities and difference. The more I meet, the more exceptions I’ll see.

I was introduced to CS by my Yemeni college mate. I don't have the luxury to travel, but would love to learn a thing or two from new friends all around the globe. Available for meet-ups over a cup of coffee.

Music, Movies, and Books

I regard myself as a visual person. As an introspective person, I am aware that I acquire cognitive information best through visual means. Pinterest is my favourite 'book' :P

Science fiction- Ramlee Awang Murshid's and many more! Good science fiction can amaze and motivate, warn, raise questions and spark the imagination, inspiring human creativity and each new generation of stargazers.
comic- romantic Malay-sub
Self-help book- Tuah Iskandar's, mostly books titled How To's, The Power of....., personal development, make the best use of personalities etc.
Biography book- yes! It teaches us to be like the subject or often, to be nothing like the subject. There is a narrative and a lens through which to access the themes, ONLY when the content is reliable, not too political/romantical, not too thick, not much of difficult words because my English is still poor I have to google the meanings.

But to be honest, it has been many many years I haven't read a good book or completing the reading. Being a designer I read 'softwares' more than I read Al-Quran. Not something that I'm proud of.

Music- instrumental, P Ramlee's, classic old songs. My choice of music change from time to time. There are also times I listened to Skillet's. I sometimes find these kind of sounds are just mere noises, thus sometimes putting myself to sleep by listening to the sound of rain, jungle. Sounds that I crave for occassionally.

Movies- Alot, all genres, except comedy coz my sense of humor is 0
