I'm an enthusiastic and social swedish girl who just quit her job to travel the world. I spent last year educating and coaching student unions in leadership, organisation structure, communication and much more. I've always been curious of other cultures, so this fall I decided to go abroad for eight months on my own.

I have always been engaged in different aspects of society, both in church as a youth leader and as a board member in different organisations. I'm passionate about gender equality and youth rights and I am eager to discuss all sorts of things. I'm easy to deal with and cope well under most circumstances. A good attitude can solve almost everything.

Currently learning spanish - would love opportunities to practise!

I'm on couchsurfing because I hope this opportunity could take my trip to the next level. It's nice jumping from hostel to hostel, but it would be a complete different experience to actually spend a night or two in someone's home. I hope to meet interesting people and for some time share their world - and let them have a piece of mine if they're interested!

兴趣

I love to sing and have been singing in various choirs since I was a small kid. I enjoy nights out with friends as much as watching a movie at home. Good food is a silver lining to life, and I love to cook with someone and share not only a meal, but also the cooking itself. I have a passion for elephants and would adopt one if I could.

I am a dedicated One Direction fan (no shame), but I enjoy many types of music. Besides dancing like crazy when What Makes You Beautiful comes on the radio I love to sing my heart out to Beyoncé or Zara Larsson.
I find it difficult to choose one favourite movie or book, there are just too many fantastic stories out there. I love musicals as Moulin Rouge as much as I enjoy Shutter Island.

I think the most amazing things I will ever do will happen during this world tour of mine, so I find it difficult to come up with anything that compares to the things I have planned. I do think standing eye to eye with a wild alarmed rhino in South Africa counts as one.

I can share thoughts on feminism and organisation development and I would love to discuss everything from human rights to tacos. I come with an open mind and will gladly share my experiences and swedish culture - although I'd much rather learn abut yours!
