I'm the one on the right.Kiwi, but based in Melbourne although I quit my job and sold everything I own to travel for a while so I'm technically homeless. I am a sun worshipper and gravitate towards warmer countries but I do like cosy winter places in small doses as long as there's an open fire, some red wine and a blanket. I speak (remedial) Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese and just a tiny little bit of French, Russian and Italian. I've travelled quite a bit of South America and can't wait to see more of Europe and Asia. I love cooking and eating good food and enjoy a few wines but otherwise I'm not big drinker. I love to be by the sea and in the outdoors.

I am currently taking a year off to travel the world and would like to meet travel lovers in their home towns and save a bit of money to travel further. I look forward to hosting people when I return home to Melbourne, a fantastic city, although one that can seem expensive to budget travellers.
