ABOUT ME

At the moment I teach German at a High School in Reykjavik. And of course I try to travel around this beautiful country as much as possible.

I am an uncomplicated, peaceful person always having a good time. I think, I am quite organised, perhaps that are the German genes.. ;) I like to have some little adventures in my life and to try new, crazy things like ice-swimming..

During my time in Finland I got addicted to travel and to get to know new countries and cultures. And I became really addicted to learn languages. So my newest project is to learn Icelandic.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In Finland I stayed with a few hosts, having only lovely experiences! Back home I would also like to host people from all over the world in my lovely hometown Leipzig!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was surfing four times so far and it was always such a good experience! I was travelling alone, so it was nice to have someone to talk to in the evenings instead of being alone in an anonymous hostel. It made my journey much more pleasant and enjoyable.

Interests

watching movies ( I work half-time in a cinema...), doing sports (like swimming, bouldering, aerobics), having party, meeting people, shopping, lounging in the sun, swimming in the sea, baking all kind of cakes and of course travelling
