Hey:) My name is Hannah, I'm 20 years old and from Braunschweig, Germany. When I was 16, I lived in up state New York for six months in a wonderful host family. I liked living abroad so much that I started studying Economics and International Relations in Aberdeen, Scotland. At the moment I’m doing a semester abroad in Hong Kong and this gives me the opportunity to travel all of Asia-which is so amazing!!!
Apart from traveling, I like doing sports, athletics, tennis and I tried some surfing here in Aberdeen. I also play the piano and the flute in an orchestra.

I think there is no better way to get to know different countries and its cultures than staying and talking with the people who live there. I tried couchsurfing once with a friend in Amsterdam and first I was a little scared, but we had a wonderful host who made our stay very special. I hope I can pass some of this great experience on to others:)

I've done a lot of amazing things, but the craziest one was probably going to Dubai with a friend on a school weekend. We had couple of extra days off and enjoyed getting out of cold Germany in January to enjoy the sun at the beach in UAE.
