I am a full-time Graduate student at Virginia Commonwealth University. I teach group exercise part-time and find enjoyment through sharing my knowledge about the science behind exercise. I work with a diverse group of people looking to improve their fitness and health.

In the summer of 2015 I biked across America to fundraise money for young adult cancer for the Ulman Cancer Fund. This is was sparked my love for touring and traveling by bike and wanted to host others in order for them to do the same.

In the summer of 2016 I biked from Paris to Amsterdam and used Couchsurfing for a majority of the 3 week trip. I was able to meet many more locals this way and learn more about their culture.
