Hi :)
I'm a 19 year old girl from the very south of Germany. After finishing my A-Levels (Abitur) I needed a break before going back to school/ university. So I started working in a lokal book shop to save some money and to ultimatly travel for a while.
It's been slightly more than half a year since school ended and I'm finally ready to start traveling and to fullfill a live long dream of mine :)
I like to spend my free time with my friends. Even though I'm always down for a relaxed time at home, I also enjoy doing more exciting things. For example: I love snowboarding. Been doing it for quit some time (Sadly I'm still pretty shit compared to others, who have been doing it for 8 years). Occasionaly I go climbing or swiming.
I love reading. It used to be manly sci fi and fantasy but recently I tended to prefer reports of people how travelt the world :)
I'm planing on starting my journey in April. If everything goes according to plan I'll start by going to Edinbrugh, followed by Singapur, Sydney and the areas around it, New Zealand and Vietnam.
I'm a vegetarian, but not a complicated one.
I know, I have not much to set me apart from all the others, but I really liked to get the chance to meet some of you and to exchange stories. I can't imagine a better way to travel!

In April I'd like to start travelling for 4 months. When I first read about couchsurfing less than a month ago, I was instantly intrigued! Everything about it seems really cool! Meeting new people, living with locals, being in a community of expirenced travellers! And all that for free! :o
