Hi there, my name’s Hannah and I’m a couple of months into a backpacking trip through Southeast Asia and India 😌 My goal is to engage in and learn as many new things as possible during this season of travel. I have already experienced so much awe traveling throughout Thailand and am excited for what lies ahead, though I have little idea of what that may be!

I’m low-maintenance, resource-conscious, respectful and open-minded, and **grateful** for the kindness of anyone who shares their home and mind with me 🙏🏻👋🏻

My goal in traveling is to seek out things unique to the places I visit that I would not have the opportunity to experience elsewhere. This of course includes meeting wonderful people—both locals and fellow travelers 😌 Hostels are great to connect with people over the shared experience of traveling, but it’s also nice to meet people who have roots in and knowledge of the places one is visiting.

The fact that the Couchsurfing community exists makes me so happy because it relies on the kindness of strangers and cross-cultural connection—there are few things purer than that! And I of course aim to give back one day as a host 🙏🏻 that is… once I return back to a stable living situation.
