I grew up on an organic farm in the swiss mountains.
Its an almost self suffisiency farm. So it was not a suprise, that i learned pastry chef for tree years.
I worked in 5 star hotels and a show confectionary.
Alway between the working places, i was travelling in Switzerland or other countries.
Now i have the idea to do a longer trip, around the world. I started in Peru, now Canada, Japan, maybe India, Germany... who knows. :)
In exchange to busy times, i like peaceful and quit places, cooking, yoga and meditation - and good food!

I love (vegan) cooking and baking. So if you have an oven, I would like to bake some bread or cake for you. If there is not so much time, at least I can cook some meal or do some dessert you like!
