Hello! My name is Hannah and I currently live in Colorado. I am in my last year of nursing school, I love to snowboard, take pictures, hike, camp, paint, draw, exercise, and am a big animal lover :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling throughout Europe with my friends during the summer and am looking to meet people along the way and travel in a unique way. I like to see the city from a different perspective than the tourists and since I have never done couchsurfiing I figured now was the perfect time to give it a try!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Ometepe Island in Nicaragua and helped build a community center with the locals. We made the walls by creating mud with out feet. We carried sand up from the beach, added straw and water, and stomped on it until it was thick enough to be used to build the walls. I stayed with the local families for a month and worked with everyone in the community on this project, so amazing!

I can share my interest in nursing, share my stories from my travels throughout the U.S., Ireland, Nicaragua, and Mexico, plus all of my stories that are yet to come! I will share my friendly and outgoing personality and a willingness to meet new people and build relationships around the world!
