Hi! My name is Hannah and I'm currently working as an English language assistant at two primary schools in Pertuis, France (but am living in Aix-en-Provence). I just graduated from university this past spring where I studied English literature, creative writing (I write poetry) and French!
I love to write, run, swim, go backpacking / hiking. I love getting lost, and I'm extremely good at it (without google maps in Aix, by now I would have somehow ended up in Italy unknowingly). It's one of my favorite pastimes, along with drinking wine. And of course, along with meeting new, amazing people!

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I was so so lucky to have met two couchsurfers when visiting a friend in Marseille who was their host for the weekend. The experience was incredible. We hitchhiked to Cassis, spent the day basking in the sun, eating a ton of bread and cheese, then we continued the next day to Montpelier where I couchsurfed for the first time. I loved it! What better way to learn about / understand a culture than to mingle and meet the locals. After that trip, I became preoccupied with the need to travel more and to meet more, incredible people through couchsurfing!
