I'm an artist. I believe strongly in human folk, art, good food and music. I'm quiet at first, but those who know me know a very adventurous, playful person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think couchsurfing is an amazing site with a really great system of trust and balance. I would love to host and surf for the rest of my life. Even if I lose track of couchsurfing in the course of my pursuits, I hope to retain the "couchsurfing mentality". Helping, sharing, and exploring.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend Casey and I travelled through Ireland, France, Italy, and Morocco with the help of couchsurfing. Thank you to all of our kind hosts!
More recently Casey and I organized a cross-country bicycle journey to promote cycling as transportation. We camped, couchsurfed, and were totally blown away and refreshed by the goodness of strangers. There's a lot of trust and love in this world.
I would really like to host some surfers right now, but cannot at the moment. 2011? See you there.
For the time being I would love to give people advice if they are in New England, especially in Vermont or Boston.

Interests

I work for a small cafe/food store which means I am lucky enough to have access to New England food culture and I love it.

I'm also a visual artist and spend a lot of time working on a small line of textiles.

Music is everything. I'm not a musician myself but it's a need in my life and I love spending time around live music.

Wild places, gardens & farmland are where I come from and where I hope to return in the next phase of my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode my bicycle across the USA. Experienced a flash flood in Morocco. I'm awestruck by so many moments in life.
