ABOUT ME

I'm Hannah, from England.
I laugh a lot, always joking, i cherish my friendships a lot, i'm a very honest person, very easy going, though i can be stubborn when i think i'm right haha.

In 2011 i completed my degree in Performing Arts, then i lived in Madrid as an au pair for 9 months and then near Barcelona for 2, followed by some travelling. For 3 years I lived in Manchester and worked with children aged 0-5 in nurseries. I then packed in the 9-5 job and went to work at an american summer camp, followed by some travelling around the states. I'm now teaching English in Hangzhou, China for the next year and then hopefully on to do some more travelling around Asia.

i love to sing and play piano, though not at the same time. my unique skills lie in cake decorating and paper-cutting. I'd like to have my own business in doing this kind of thing one day, when i feel more ready for that kind of life. i enjoy getting crafty, travelling and being sociable.

I haven't been present in the couchsurfing community for a few years, but i'm getting my travelling spirit back now! I would love to be hosted by others and make new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed a few times around Spain and America, met with people for drinks and been on trips through couchsurfing events.

I'm a sucker for rom-com films.. and i love comedies in general. I like lots of music from commercial to metal. I don't read that often but i love the author Jane Green.

I've been to Lesotho in Africa where I worked with children of primary and high school ages. it's a beautiful country and it was an amazing experience seeing such a different culture.
I also worked as an au pair in Spain for a year so I got to travel a lot of the country and experience what it was like to live there.
