ABOUT ME

I'm Hannah, 28, originally from Germany but haven't actually lived there for about 8 years. I have spent the last 6 years in Australia an absolutely loved it. I have caught the travel bug and I highly doubt that I can shake that one for a long while. I'm easy going and adventurous plus I've been told I'm funny but that is quite hard to judge about yourself. I love movies and enjoy video games as well as board games :)
There is so much to say about oneself but when it comes down to it I'm always lost for words.
Lets just say it in my old managers words: "You are weird. But in a funny kind of way. I like that."

I had great experiences in Sydney and hosted some people myself...I'm so happy that this exists.You meet so many amazing people and characters. Absolutely priceless.

I'm a bit of a movie buff and super into horror and anything macabre, really. I have this need for knowledge and that doesn't stop at the ugly stuff.

I love reading.I really enjoy the books by Will Elliot. Mostly I read what I come across during my travels. It is just too hard to travel with lots of books.

It is really tough to single out that one movie or that one band that is supposed to be your favorite. It always depends on the mood. When I long for a new adventure I love watching 'Into the wild' and listen to Eddie Vedder. Yet when I am in an active mood I feel more like listening to my favorite metal bands like Memphis May Fire, Avenged Sevenfold, Volbeat etc.
When Im lazing around I love listening to 60s and 70s such as Canned Heat, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, the Doors, etc.
Movie wise I go through phases where I only want to watch Sci Fi or Fantasy and then I want to watch a movie that fucks with my head. Of course there are some movies that will always stand out to me like 'Nightmare before Christmas', 'Requiem for a Dream' (Film with the most perfectly fitting soundtrack), 'LOTR'-Trilogy, 'Pan's Labyrinth', 'Donnie Darko' and so many more.

And yet none of these sentences really capture the chaos that is my taste in music or films.

I don't know what I could teach other people.I just know that I can share my experinces with others and maybe something about me teaches somebody else about themselves. Every one is different so we can all learn from each other.
