Hi! My name is is Hanna and I am a 22-year old Swedish-American. I was born and raised near New York City but have lived in Michigan (studying at the University of Michigan) since 2014. I have dedicated my education to studying international relations, community action, and social change and I recently graduated from university this May (2019). In 2017 I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and in 2018 I studied sustainable development in Costa Rica. Music is one of my greatest passions. First and foremost I am a singer, but I also play the guitar and ukulele! My favorite styles are folk, blues, and jazz. Let's make some music together :) Over the course of 2018, I have been backpacking and music-making from Panama to México with my Argentine partner, Germán. He and I met two years ago in Mendoza, Argentina, and we have been traveling together ever since. He is a toy-maker, @thetoymakerr on Instagram. He creates enchanted, motion-based, painted art-pieces out of wood and recycled materials, and he is involved in theater/performance too :) We are both very interested in learning about (and one-day actually practicing) self-sustainable lifestyles--i.e. permaculture, bio-construction, growing food and flowers and medicines, working with animals, being closely connected to nature. We are lovers of life--full of energy, happy to help others, open to new things, grateful for everything.
