ABOUT ME

Hello!

I am Hannah and am I'm 21-years-old :). Oops, now 22 XD!

I have always been a keen traveler but has never gone to a trip alone...until now! I have found the courage to take my own very first tour around the Europe!

EDIT to above: I've now came back to England! It was the most amazing experience I have ever had in my life!!!

I consider my self as an out-going and a friendly person :). I also like talking to people from different age groups, seeing the world from their perspectives! I guess this will come in handy when I qualify as a doctor :D!

I am currently a fourth year medical student, so 2 more years to go until I have no more freedom lol. I am taking a one year intercalated BSc this year, so I'd have more time to travel, experience other culture and meet more awesome people :D! My iBSc is Human Nutrition, this means if you want, I can give some dietary recommendations, but not advice XD.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have recently experience couchsurfinng in a different country with friends I have met on CS events!! Amazing times :D!

At the moment, because I live with my parents, it is really difficult for me to host. However, hopefully they will open up to the world soon :D!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Finally couchsurfed!! Yeah!!! Had the most the amazing experience ever!! CS is so much better than hotels in a way that I was able to properly speak to the locals, have a taste of their lives and having a splendid time with them!! Loving it so much!!

兴趣

Travelling and meeting new people of course! I get so excited just by looking at places I could potential go! When I do stay at home, I enjoy cooking and baking for my family. I have successfully made them various deserts and different kinds of moon cakes for the mid-autumn festival :D! Every day, I like to do some form of exercise, whether it's yoga or HIIT - it really keeps me happy :D! In addition, I used to really enjoy playing the violin and the piano, but I haven't been able to do so since entering medical school :(, really hope that I will pick them up again soon!

One day I'll go skydiving!!! But for now...hmm...let me think...I climbed the Great Wall when I was 3, all by myself :) (apparently~).

I often go out to local state funded schools as a student ambassador for my university. At those school, we expose the students with medical related information and activities, hoping that it will engage their interest in becoming a doctor, a nurse, a physiotherapist etc. The activities are really quite fun~~so I can show you them if you like :D.

As mentioned above, my iBSc is in Human Nutrition. So I am more than happy to share what I have learnt about food and lifestyle with anyone who is interested :D.\

I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese (my mother tongue). I am more than willing to teach it :D!
