I am a Registered Nurse with a passion for mental health. I work on an inpatient psychiatric unit at one of the largest hospitals in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro.

In my free time, I explore local trails and parks with my dog, backpack through the northwoods, and sail the multitude of lakes.
