CURRENT MISSION

I just finished my degree to become a German and English teacher. When traveling I try to combine my passion for culture and language with the joy of dancing lindy hop.

ABOUT ME

I'm a very open-minded, friendly and adventurous person. I like meeting new people and sharing experiences. I'm a passionate lindy-hopper and live for dance-travels. I love how the stars look when you're up in the mountains camping and having a camp fire. Spontaneous activities are more likely to turn out as the best memories! I laugh a lot, and I sing all the time. And I make people laugh along.

PHILOSOPHY

Seize the day. You have only one life to live, make the best of it. Try new things, be open-minded and give every day the chance to be the best of your life. Live out loud and colorful. Leave your footprint (but minimize your environmental one!). Breathe in and take a chance. Make people happy if they are important to you. Tell your friends why they are special to you. Embrace the outdoors.

Recently I fell in love with the film adaption of "Call me by your name". One of my all-time favorites is American Beauty. I like Fight Club, Birdman, the Usual Suspects, basically everything with a great plot twist!
I like listening to the Arctic Monkeys, Queen, Daft Punk, Of Monsters and Men, Ed Sheeran, Ziggy Alberts, Laura Marling and many more...
I currently enjoy reading works of Heinrich Böll, but I'm also a big fan of Pullman's Dark Materials and many many others...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I lived abroad for a year while working as an Au Pair. Best time of my life!

I did a road trip of 4,500 miles!

I've danced in Lindy-Hop Communities in at least 10 different countries with many more international dancers!

I went ice fishing and dog sledding in Northern Norway!
