ABOUT ME

I'm a treasure hunter at heart, and never met a stranger. I love animals and children, love to read, love languages, good food and kind company. I split my time between legal work and a family photography business. My awesome husband Joshua and I travel as often as our schedules allow - we both love road trips!

My grandest travel adventure was my 2004 trip to France. I spent 6 months studying French in Grenoble and living with a great family in the little town of Vif. The Alps took my breath away, I put on 10 pounds which I attribute to "pain au chocolat", and I made lifelong friends. I still feel like I have my whole life in front of me, and am thankful for every day.

PHILOSOPHY

I follow the teachings of my Lord Jesus Christ as best I can. I believe in the power of love, the faithfulness of God, and the hope of Christ's return for the living and the dead.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first couchsurfing experience was August 2013, and it was a great success! Our host in Portsmouth, NH was fun and so gracious.
