ABOUT ME

We're a 31 and 29 year old Belgian couple, who decided to travel Australia, picked up the travel bug and ended up travelling 20 months. We're stuck in Belgium again and try to do short but nice holliday trips now. We're very social and easy-going and I guess that's the kind of people we hope to meet as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On our travels we have met some very interesting people through couch surfing. It's a great way to get know an other culture and get some inside information about a city.

Interests

In general we are interested in nature, music and travelling. We play badminton and often go quizing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Caught a shark with a fishing rod in a creek with salt water crocodiles swimming by. This was on a volunteering project to trap and handle rare (marsupial) mammals in Australia.
- Seen a living dinosaur: a casowary with 2 chicks.
- Cycled the cote d'azur.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: a bit of French, badminton (both good players) and play the bagpipes.
Learn: more French, travelling the world, Spanish, how to find a job in nature conservation, space drum and all kinds of weird instruments.
