About Me
I grew up in India amidst of all the chaos and colors the country has to offer. Since we lived in a small town I had to move all around the country for my studies. So I was lucky to make meet so many awesome people on the way So all my best friends are from different parts of India Afterwards, I moved to Germany for my PhD. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher (fancy term for struggling phase after doctorate;) and trying to figure out why antidepressants work on some patients whereas others are nonresponsive to the treatment.
Apart from Science, I absolutely love plants and have more than 100 plants in my apartment. I hate writing about myself but I can say that I like being amidst nature and enjoy life one day at a time. Let's just say My happy place is when people accept each other irrespective of inherent differences and enjoy the uncertainty life come with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It all started with the Iceland trip. Met two amazing people, Jonathan and Asia. Jonathan and I rented a car together and Asi welcomed us into her house with open arms. I just couldn't believe, people actually do that. Let you stay in their home and not for a second you feel out of place. So when I came back, I decided to host people myself. And it has been a beautiful experience so far. Met some incredible people in the last two years. Couchsurfing lets you experience your love for fellow human beings in ts own way.
