Greetings! I'm a Yoga practitioner/teacher (who teaches Yoga as a spiritual discipline/way-of-life, beyond mere calisthenics/stretching!), currently managing two houses located near one another (about a 10 minute walk).

The first house, which I've managed for about 18 years, has a number of long-term tenants and some Airbnb guests. The 2nd house, which we bought in 2022, is occupied by my dad, who has Parkinson's, a caregiver, and myself. Typically I'm between houses many times a day, managing and overseeing things, doing yard work, repairs, chillin' with my dog, meal prepping, meeting and greeting guests/visitors, etc.! :)
