ABOUT ME

Hello fellow host and/or traveller,

My name is Tim and I get most excited about culture, languages, bodily expression, mindfulness, buddhism, dancing, cycling, the environment, traveling, fixing and creating things. The range of topics I'm interested to learn about stretches as far as does my idealism. Since I am a transgender guy, my references on CS refer to the old female me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can currently host one person at a time in Amersfoort, since my couch is too small to sleep on. So a mattress on the floor is what I can offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Throughout the years I met many people through the internet; Swedish, German, Austrian, English....
I surfed 10 different homes in Belgium and France in July '13 and welcomed my first two official surfers a week after in my home! I have lots of travel experience and I think this will help me to be a good host :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Water fluorescents by night, swimming in the ocean wearing goggles in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. It brought out happy tears and made my heart sing like I was a child again! :) Nature's beauty never struck me as it did then!

People who are passionate. About anything, whether it be gardening or aviation! I love to listen to people when their eyes start to twinkle when they talk of something they love. I love people who can be in a real conversation, not just talking 'to' eachother. I feel this communication is very important and so enjoyable when the balance is right!
