我喜欢户外运动，08年前主要以户外徒步，爬山，骑自行车;08年到北京后，我夏季的主要运动攀登，滑雪是我冬季的主要运动。

I like outdoor sports, 08 years ago, hiking, outdoor walking, cycling; 2008, after climbing the main movement of my summer, and skiing is the main sport in my winter.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

2007年骑自行车从格尔木到拉萨1000公里;攀登海拔5150雪宝顶雪山在2008年，从2008年到现在每年参加两个马拉松共跑完六个42.195公里全程马拉松;

2007 cycling from Golmud to Lhasa, 1000 km; climb altitude 5150 Xuebaoding snow-capped mountains in 2008, to participate in two marathon a year from 2008 to the present total to finish six of 42.195 km full marathon;
