About Me
CURRENT MISSION. ( to update this profile!)
To make art, make connections, and wander the world in good company, and leave things better than I found them. I also play Ingress (resistance!) and use it as a tool to explore the world!
ABOUT ME
Girl Scout cookie all grown up by way of catholic school and geeky outsider...turned Countess of Awesome.
Obsessive about meeting interesting people, folk art environments (specifically Nek Chand's Rock Garden in Chandigarh India), and I'm looking to expand my sense of adventure. I've meandered on many paths since India; living off grid, building an art car for my city out of traffic cones, starting a women's sculpture collective, and so on.
PHILOSOPHY
I live for the stories you will tell. Perhaps you will live for a few of mine.
I travel very slowly. gone are the days where I need to see everything and all the ways with admissions and tickets and lines and stuff. I am mostly just interested in walking around and being in other places and getting to know the 10 blocks around me as well as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'd been a drop point for some Trainhoppers for several years. But I've stayed with, hosted and met some wonderful people in this planet, and I'm thrilled to be able to meet more! I now have my own house and I can host more legitimately with a bed rather than couch or floor space.
Interests
New:Walking around the planet, talking to strangers, seeing whats over the mountain, making paintings/drawings of what I see there.
OLD: poi spinning, fire, bicycles (especially chopped ones), art, knitting, sewing and crafty goodness.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm in a candyfluff phase. So I doubt my current list is impressive in any way. My library is largely non-fiction, and I adore useless facts.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I built an outreach vehicle covered in hand carved traffic cones for the City to do work and engagement around safer roadways.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share knowledge about making, welding, crafting, traffic cones, places I've been, as a traveller and cultural adventures.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A good story: gifts, some help as needed :-)
Countries I’ve Visited
