ABOUT ME

I was born in a year at least one great person died. When I was a child, I was playing 'cave digging' with friends; my favorite was hiding in one of our plant-made caves, lying in wait for one of the others to come, like a little demon in demon's lair. I grew older somehow, it seems, but still like caves, tombs of people I adore, cemetaries, dark music events, dark wave, "gothic" related activities, literature, philosophy, art house movies, paintings, Arts, classical music, etc. - Literature, I would say, is always in the focus among all of my interests - literature & fine arts are most important to me.

I had four very plaesant couchsurfing experiences up to now - it was tremendously good!

Books! Books of Albert Camus, Roland Barthes, Friedrich Nietzsche, Sartre, Hermann Hesse, Robert Schneider, Thomas Lehr, Henry Miller, Charles Bukowski (just to name a few); books of many fields, scientific books, e.g. on biology/evolutionary theory, neurosciences, philosophy of the mind, and related fields; books on arts/artists; poetry books (!).
Music - YES, definitely important, very important: Einstürzende Neubauten, Rome, Sieben, Marillion, Pink Floyd, And also the Trees, and so on. Movies: Cronenberg, Lynch, Pasolini; art house movies in general, or Lars von Trier...

Algo increíble que he hecho

Visiting and travelling throughout the monk's republic of Mount Athos, being hosted in monasteries, meeting real hermits out there on the mountain - This was a really amazing experience.

Skills I have (more or less): reading texts carefully, interpreting and understanding them from their bases.
Writing texts; methods of analysing texts. Scientific subjects in anthropology (physical and cultural anthropology) - Studied anthropology and comparative literature. - I like to learn something about wood carving / wood "branding", for exemple.
