ABOUT ME

Hello! We are two college graduates from California who are really stoked on couchsurfing! We love nature and music and the beach, conversations about spirit and purpose. We are embarking on a year of traveling around Europe, stoked for exploration and language and food.

We like to read and sleep and laugh and listen to good music :)

PHILOSOPHY

For Danny: Something Vonnegut might say. Deep and whimsical. I guess it is a work in progress, this philosophy of mine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have just vacated our house in California for a year long adventure throughout Europe. We hosted a number of people this past year, met some wonderful couchsurfers.

we are couchsurfing through europe and the UK indefinitely. we've gotten to know a lot of great people through this website. we usually end up making solid friendships and have a good time with our hosts!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a number of people, all nice and fun. surfed around europe a bit, still doing it. when we hosted we hoped for people to be fun and easy-going, self sufficient and interested (lot to ask, I know). So we plan on being those same things as surfers..

Things we like: music, surf, life, exploration, spirituality, conversation, tea, food, literature, sandals, nature, sunglasses, dogs, sitting on the sunny porch in the morning with a bowl of cereal, archaeology, camping, exploring, painting, television.

Foz de Iguacou, Brazil/Argentina. We've done many amazing things, both together and apart, this hefty waterfall led to us angels and highs like little else.

We can impart knowledge in these areas: crafting cool objects, baking, cooking, how to wash a car, how to garden, playing guitar, surfing, literary analysis, midrash contemplation, full leaf tea, dog grooming...

We would love to learn: how to cook yummy brussel sprouts, to play the mandolin, French as a language, to tie knots, fire dancing!
