About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish my PADI dive instructor

ABOUT ME

I'm 32, Belgian (Flemish) divemaster and English teacher, a people's person (otherwise you don't really sign up for these kinda things i guess), and when you got me going, I talk a LOT. I like discussion and tales, stories and facts on basicly any subject.
Primarily important things for me are fun and to educate myself a bit more everyday.

PHILOSOPHY

Just see what comes at you, impulsivity is a gift

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to meet up with people in a different way, not just getting slashed in pubs. Along the road I hope to get more ideas for opening a cozy bistro in catalunya, where i live right nos.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very limited, in official couchsurfing terms. I've spent half my live meeting people and taking all sorts of of spontaneous decissions. Ending up on people's couches, or taking in people I met along the road. I've always kept an open house. I ve met a number of couchsurfers before, mostly ppl my friends had over. I had my first experience in Paris, 5 years ago, where me and another random Person ended up in Mathieu's place. Stayed there for 5 days, and it has been on of my best city trips ever. So, now i thought, why don't I give it a try again now.

Interests

I love food, cooking, i like to travel, allthough i don't do that as much as i'd want to, but I'm gradually picking up the pace. I’m a diver, I'm into reading, buying books all the time wich brings us to another hobby: Literature, novel or history, doesn't matter, as long as it's the written word, i'm a sucker for it. Reading while sitting on some form of public transport, is one of my favorite ways to pass time.
I'm an avid gamer. Spending more time than I should in computer universes.
Further on i take interest in nature in all it's aspects, animals (reptiles and small mammals in particular) and last, but certainly not least:
