I am a very friendly, relaxed person who loves pretty much everything apart from writing 'about me's'.
I love adventure, purpose, learning, the world, sharing stories, getting to know people, and so on and so on.
The last two years I have organised a group of people and we have cycled together from London to Athens to raise money to support a refugee community centre (www.thighsofsteel.com if you' like to have a look at the ride). I've just finished the second journey and am now driving back to the UK and looking for friendly faces to stay with which is why I might be contacting you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hugely into exploring and adventuring and feel the best way to do that is by meeting people that live in the places I'm exploring!
I've always lived in shared houses that have had many many couchsurfers over the years but never had an account myself. Now that I'm on the road again it feels like the right time to make one and hopefully start couchsurfing myself!

I am really really enjoying my book about the physics of clouds- it sounds boring, but it isn't!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've cycled 4500kms this Spring between London and Athens this Summer. My legs are tired, and my mind is full of stories :)
I also motorbiked around Malawi for a while. The thing I loved most about it was being able to go off the beaten track and find families I could stay with. And also flying through beautiful landscapes!

What I Can Share with Hosts

If someone was kind enough to say I could stay with them, I could share lots of good conversation and stories and I'd be more than happy to cook dinner too :)
