ABOUT ME

I have an ice cream business and spend a lot of time dreaming up new flavours. I practice yoga as often as I can. I like to grow vegetables in unusual receptacles. I have quite a large film collection but don't watch television. I have three cats (a Maine coon, a Norwegian forest and a Somali called Charlie. Charlie is my favourite. I live in a shack in the middle of the woods with my cats, it's very peaceful.

Won a golden fork award for my gooseberry and elderflower ice cream. Equivalent of a food Oscar in the UK ;)
