PHILOSOPHY

Hope for the best. Planning is not my fortay so I tend to rely on things working out on their own. It seems to have worked pretty well so far!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only used couch surfing a couple of times but this one time me and a friend were driving to a festival called Gashfest and a guy on here needed a lift from Manchester to Scotland (where the festival was being held). As we were going that way anyway we picked him up. He was a great guy and we were happy to have been able to spend a whole weekend with him.

A few of my favourite films at the moment are 'Dead Mans Shoes' 'Old Boy' 'Mum and Dad' 'The Commitments' 'Noi Albinoi'

My favourite bands/musicians at the moment are Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Black Keys, Clapyourhandssayyeah, Johnny Flynn and Bjork.

A few really good book that I have read recently are 'Winter in Madrid', 'Shadow of the Wind' 'The Red Tent', 'Random act of Heroic Love'

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to a day festival in London one summer and there was a stall with a game that was called pin the moustache on Tom Selleck. It was genius.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn Spanish so if anyone is patient and would like to allow me to practice my currently awful attempts with them, then that would be great.

As I am English, anyone wanting help learning the language or wants to know more about England in general I am happy to help.
