COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have yet to experience much couchsurfing but hope to in the next few months! Most of my experiences have been through friends of friends - there's nothing like turning up at someones door with a tenuous connection and witnessing a very unique friendship grow.

兴趣

Film and writing! Sewing and picnics and kite flying and puddle-jumping and all manner of frivolity. I like to spend my time with good books, great coffee, and kind, thought-proking friends.

Goodness me so many. Films like 'The Science of Sleep', 'Harold and Maude', and 'Once'. The music of The Swell Season and Glen Hansard, Fleet Foxes, Boy and Bear, cliches like The Beatles. Van Morrison whatever anything. Again so many books! My favourites include The Hitchhikers Guide, The Chronicles of Narnia, my beloved Harry Potter, and a smattering of Nick Hornby and Mr. F. Scott. Fitzgerald.

Oh too many! From paragliding over perfect lakes at the foot of the Italian Alps, the insanity of New Years Eve in Amsterdam, to the wonder of watching people be alive - cheesy, but for me will always inspire awe.
