About Me

Sapio - I want to travel the world and learn/experience as much as I can about the diverse cultures and people this earth has to offer. Can stay up all night and/or chill and kick it with a good group of people.

Also willing to forward links to Facebook, Insta, and/or LinkedIn if further verification that I'm real is needed (lol). Just gotta ask.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Pretty much the same as what I wrote in my "About Me". I have only couchsurfed once; in Dubai.. which was great! Would love to add another fun couchsurfing experience.

Interests

Positive people, good times, expanding and sharing knowledge, wine, beer, traveling/exploring, sports/physical activities, gaining new experiences. Oh, and I like discussing world events and hearling/learning other perspectives from my own.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Pretty much anything except screamo.. and even then, screamo can be enjoyable in the right moment.

Movies: Lord of War, V for Vendetta, The Beach, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Blow, and Forest Gump.

Books: I usually like to read about people who have greatly influenced their surroundings (in both "good" and "bad" ways) as well as historical and/or religious texts. Some of my favorites include: The Autobiography of Fidel Castro (no, I'm not a communist.. but I did really enjoy the book), The Art of War, and Thomas Jefferson: The Art of Power. Currently reading Atlas Shrugged.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Depends on the definition of "amazing"... lol

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm open to learn about people's beliefs, perspectives, cultures, preferences, motivations, and anything else that may be interesting. Accordingly, I'd be more than willing to share my own perspective(s).
