I am an international student who came to the US 5 years ago to attend college. I studied Mechanical Engineering and really enjoyed it. These days I am just looking for jobs and trying to travel the US as much as I can. I am a very good talker and a keen listener.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to beat my fear - fear of new places. When I came to the US, I could hardly speak a word of English, and due to language barrier and culture shock, I could not travel a lot. By the time I became aware of US culture and language, I was a junior in college. Junior and senior year of engineering didn't allow me to spare enough time to travel. Since I am almost done with college; I want to fulfill my dream of traveling the US and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read a lot but mostly prefer autobiographies and books inclined towards science and philosophy. These days I'm reading 'The Gene' and kinda in love with this book. I am not a huge fan of Netflix but i do prefer watching movies.
