Have lived in New Zealand since 2011. It's my new home and I love it! I work as a Business Analyst for a power company and when outside of work I make the most of the outdoors going for walks or trail runs and practise a fair amount of yoga. I have a dog too who is awesome :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Doing a few trips over the next few years and I wanted to see if I could have a locals perspective on the citys I am visiting as well as doing the usual tourist stuff. Once I am back in NZ though I would love to host some people!

Generally love most music, depends on the mood or the mood you want to be in. More recently I have been listening to Ben Howard, Xavier Rudd, Bastille, Peking Duk, Macklemore....
Books - I love historical fiction, read all the books by Conn Iggulden, great reading!
I love true story movies but am generally open to most things other than horrors, just plain boring!

I'm a pretty open guy, love to chat and answer any question. So good conversation is definitely one! Being a big foodie, i'm always keen to be in the kitchen so can share a decent meal that's for sure :-)
