I am a creative writing student at Warwick university, I am constantly on the look out for new people and places which inspire me to write. I love meeting new people and having fun, and my ambition is to carry on seizing every opportunity that is thrown my way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment as it is summer I am travelling, however once this is over and I am back in University I hope to be able to host people in my house in Leamington Spa. I think that the CS project is an amazing idea and way of travelling. All my experiences so far have been so unique and interesting I now cannot see a more fun way to travel!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled around Spain with a friend who introduced my to couchsurfing. Here we have managed to surf with two hosts both of which have been brilliant experiences. We hope to surf with a few more people on our travels! This July I am travelling around Italy with two of my girlfriends and are planning to do the same!

Interests

I love to write, whenever I go travelling I want to pick up places and people who inspire me to write differently so that I can learn more about other cultures. I also love to learn about the literatures of the places I have been as I try to read as widely as possible! I think it is really important to be able to capture experiences and places through language and I aspire to become better at this the more I travel.

Having fun is key in everything I do, I like to sing and dance and meeting people who just want to have a laugh makes me really happy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am able to share my passion for writing and different literatures. I am also semi fluent in Welsh which is a rather unusual language and I would always be happy to teach anyone who was interested!
I would love to learn a few more languages, by picking up phrases from people I surf with!
