ABOUT ME

Hello and thanks for visiting my profile! I am currently an Au Pair, living with a brilliant family in my favourite country in the world; so that takes up a lot of my time.
I love to meet new people and experience new things - I think the voluntary element of couchsurfing brings out the best in people and enables everyone involved to learn about different cultures and countries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My family (while I was growing up in Manchester, UK) have hosted some CSs in the last few years, including surfers from Germany, Brazil and The United States.

Interessi

Music, reading, and writing. I'm also ashamed to admit that I watch a ridiculous amount of TV. and film.

Musica, film e libri

I love to read anything going; usually mysteries and short stories (I particularly enjoy the works of Ray Bradbury, Neil Gaiman and John Lindqvist).
In terms of music, like with books I do have some favourites, but am always excited to hear anything new, especially when hearing them live. Some bands I have seen and loved:

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have been to the week-long legendary Roskilde Festival in Denmark twice now, and have absolutely loved it both tims (despite an urgent need for a proper shower throughout!)

Education doesn`t often bring you experience, but experience always brings you understanding.
(apologies if that makes little sense - I am typing this late at night and it sounds right to my tired mind).

I make a great risotto, and love to share stories and learn card games.
