Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have to work during workdays from 9-18. After that, we could meet up with my friends, do sports together or just hang out.

Interests

Volleyball
Running
trying new sports

Listening to Music (indie and the whole range of electronic music)
Playing the guitar and singing along to it (dont expect me to hit the tones right though haha)

entrepreneurship
personality development
reading books and the news
science
politics
modern art

cooking and eating (@kebabkenner)
drinking with friends (water, that goes without saying)

Music, Movies, and Books

Back in the days, I read a lot such as Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, The Swarm or Illuminati and Sacrilege. Due to the influence of my older sister, I have to admit that this list goes even further covering twilight, gossip girl etc. haha.

Lately, I started reading books again - fact books, mainly covering personality and entrepreneurship topics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Doing an exchange year in Argentina and not even be able to conjugate "to be" in Spanish on my first day when I arrived. RIP. After hard months in which my communication must have been incredible boring to other people and was all about "me gusta coca-cola" or "la cerveza es grande", I finally started to speak Spanish.

This process - starting from scratch and beeing able to actually communicate at the end - was one of my most fulfilling experiences so far.

Teach, Learn, Share

Things I would like to learn:

How to cook a characteristic meal of each different country.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A selfmade Zimtfranzbrötchen - it's a typical sweet cinnamon bun from Hamburg

Countries I’ve Visited

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina, Germany, United States
