PHILOSOPHY
I live my life for discovery. My curiosity and wonder about the world around me keeps me guessing. Nothing is what it seems to be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I go to events to meet people and couch surf. I hope this fall I'll be able to go to more CS events in Raleigh since I had such a great time when I did go to an event.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In Berlin, my host was very generous and included me in the meals and was open to conversation. I love just talking and sharing with new people. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to the newest country in the world [at the time], East Timor. I had an amazing time there and I loved my short trip to the beach, I've never seen so many seashells in my life.
I rode an elephant in Bali and had a few macaques climb me looking for food. When too many started coming the people who live in the park were able to shoo them away.
When I was younger (1999) I jumped off a waterfall [it wasn't that big] from France into Switzerland (or so I was told), probably around the Chamonix area.
During my trip to Italy/Greece our tour guide told us it was safe to drink from the fresh water fountain, Fontana della Barcaccia, at the Spanish steps. - So I did. -- I know it's not earth-shattering but I'm fairly entertained by the idea that I drank from it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm fairly good a holding my own in any conversation, or at least contribute and ask about the subject. I love to listen to people talk about their passions and about their unique path in life.
