ABOUT ME

My friends would say that I am adventurous and spontaneous. I take advantage of every breath I take and I will accomplish everything I intend to. They would tell you that I always enjoy a good laugh, but I like to dig deeper than the surface with each person I meet. I believe that everything happens for a reason, every person I run into is meant to be part of my life, whether for a split second or for the rest of our lives.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed and would really like to go to events here in Minneapolis and hopefully begin hosting in the near future. Until then, I can always enjoy meeting new people and showing them around my lovely city if time allows!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the best possible first surfing experience in Zurich with some great guys and surfed throughout Switzerland after that. All positive experiences with memories I will never forget. Deciding to CouchSurf was the best decision made and I can't see myself traveling any other way from now on.

兴趣

My absolute favorite thing to do is people watch. I could spend hours anywhere as long as there are people to watch. I am fascinated with human interaction. I could paint for hours on end and not realize how much time has passed. I love cooking with fresh ingredients (okay, I love the idea of it. I can't cook myself, but I can actively participate in watching and consuming). A perfect day for me could be anything from packed with exciting things to do from sunrise to sunset or enjoying a coffee or a beer on the porch with a good book or good company.

The Princess Bride and Love Actually are two of my faves and I love reading. Jodi Picolt & J.K Rowling are my favorite authors :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most spectacular things I have seen happened while driving through North Dakota (of all places :)). My best friend and I were road tripping 27 hours to Portland, Oregon. I knew from the beginning that I had the driving shift that would be during the middle of the night in North Dakota. I was worried it would be horrifically boring and difficult to stay awake. Turns out it was absolutely majestic. The sky was perfectly clear so I could see millions of stars, it was the 4th of July weekend so there were fireworks for miles and miles surrounding the car, it was raining shooting stars and there was a lightening storm through the whole shift. Absolutely stunning.
