Hi my name is Hawthorn :)
I am a creative person, I have many random jobs and many random interests.
I love meeting new people and learning something about the random things they are passionate about!

Im enthusiastic and can be very outgoing but I can find surface level interaction a bit draining so I also love to be in nature to recharge my energy.
I thrive off deep connection whether that be with cooking , film , conversation or walking barefoot in the forest.

I used Couchsurfing for the first time last fall in Italy and was blown away by the kindness and generosity of the people on here, my experience was made by these wonderful people and I’m very grateful.

My current trip :

Starting in Athens, I then flew to Bulgaria met my boyfriend where we continued to Istanbul, got a bus back to Thessaloniki and traveled across Greece. Currently I’m in northern Italy looking for some lovely locals to hang out with !

I like most music and genres if it suits the mood I’m in. I’m trying to read more this year as I do love it but find it hard to pick good books so recommendations are always welcome !

However I love movies anything that is beautifully made or unique. I’d love to trade suggestions for films :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing things are found in the mundane details of life and everything can be beautiful or at least a valuable experience with the right mindset.

However I have kept all my house plants alive so that’s kind of incredible :))
