ABOUT ME

Currently I am training to become a professional hula hooper, and am well on my way. I train daily and hope to travel and meet other hoopers from which I can learn. Right now I am interested in the Occupy Wall Street protests and participating in them. I also hope to use my time in New York to work on my busking (street performing for money) skills.
I am also a giant nerd; I watch anime, frequent internet news outlets, draw, participate in the arts and performances. However, I am highly sociable and extroverted. I thrive in social situations where I'm not in the forefront and can offer poignant interjections.

Also, I freaking love to cook for people. Making food and surprising someone with an epic meal is one of the most satisfying things ever.

As of now, I am totally new to Couch Surfing, but I hope to share my interestes and hospitality with anyone that needs it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No formal experience surfing through this website, but I certainly have plenty of experience sleeping on couches lol.

Music - Dubstep, indie dance/pop, real hip-hop (mos-def, talib kweli, 2pac, you know), live music, anything you can dance to, and really any kind of music at all.
Movies - really all over the board, fav movie: Lion King
Books - I really like fantasy novels for young adults lol, i.e. Redwall for example.

I am very very good at hula hooping and love to teach it to people. I have a lot of experience doing it and anyone can learn to hoop! Anyone!!

I also know a lot about anime, so that could be useful.

Art, I have a good foundation of art education.

Health and Wellness - My family is involved in this industry heavy and I have learned a lot over the years about how to be healthy, and what to avoid.
